How to Check CAD Files In and Out
- Check out a file. Find the CAD file in your workspace and click Check Out to lock it for editing.
- See who's editing. Teammates can see which files are checked out and by whom, helping prevent conflicting changes.
- Edit locally. Open and modify the file in your preferred CAD software through PDM Drive.
- Track modifications. CAD ROOMS flags modified files so you can identify changes that haven't been shared yet.
- Contribute your changes. Click Contribute to upload your updates and make the latest changes available to your team.
