Overview

With CAD ROOMS, you can try the Team Plan for 14 days free of charge. The trial gives you full access to collaboration features so you can evaluate how CAD ROOMS fits into your workflow before subscribing.
⚠️ Note: Currently Free trial is available only for the Team Plan in the website. However, once inside the Team Plan, you can upgrade anytime to the Business Plan.

How the Free Trial Works

  • Duration: 14 days from the day you activate.
  • Plan: Team Plan (includes all standard collaboration features).
  • Payment: A credit or debit card is required to start the trial.
    • You will not be charged until the trial ends.
    • You may cancel anytime during the 14 days without being billed.
  • Upgrade Option: During or after the trial, you can upgrade to the Business Plan for advanced workflows such as ECO Release.

During Your Trial

  • Explore Workspace and Project collaboration.
  • Invite teammates and test file management, version control, and secure sharing.
  • Use Check-In/Check-Out, Contribution History, and CAD Diffing to simulate real workflows.
  • Evaluate whether you need to stay on Team Plan or upgrade to Business Plan for more advanced needs.

After the Trial

  • At the end of 14 days, your card will be charged automatically for the Team Plan subscription.
  • If you cancel before the trial ends, your workspace will return to the Free Plan without charges.
  • You can also upgrade to Business Plan anytime if you need additional features.

  • Invite your real team members during the trial to see collaboration in action.
  • Upload your typical CAD file formats to test compatibility.
  • Try File Release to manage versioning.
  • If you’re in regulated industries or need ECO processes, plan an upgrade path to Business Plan.
