Note on Customer Calls: Customer calls are scheduled flexibly throughout the offsite (Saturday-Thursday) based on availability. Currently confirmed calls:

- Alogus - China time 5:00-6:00 PM
Evening slots (17:00-21:15 China time) are optimal for European customer availability. Additional calls may be scheduled as they arise.

By the end of the offsite, we aim to have:
- A prioritized list of platform feedback and bug reports from live testing sessions.
- Actionable insights and feedback synthesis from customer calls (Iain Finer/Christin and Alogus, plus any additional scheduled customers).
- A finalized and aligned Q4 2025 product roadmap with clear priorities.
- Clearly defined and agreed-upon Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) for Q4.
- A summary of key decisions and action items from all sessions.
- Documentation of 1:1 outcomes and individual development plans.
