Where can I manage my account and billing information?
Billing details are managed under the Billing section. Resources include How to Manage Your Plan and How to Manage Payment Methods & Invoices.
How do I add new members to my workspace?
- Go to Workspace Settings → Members.
- Click Invite.
- Enter the user's email and assign a workspace role (Admin or Member).
- After they join the workspace, add them to specific projects with a project role (Admin / Collaborator / Viewer).
Do you offer discounts for startups or educational use?
We offer discounts for qualified startups or educational programs.

What subscription plans are available?
CAD ROOMS offers three plans: the Team Plan (1–5 users), the Business Plan (5+ users), and the Enterprise Plan.
Can I upgrade to Business from Team?
Yes. In your Team Plan workspace, go to Settings → Billing → Upgrade and select Business Plan.
- Business Plan requires a minimum of 5 seats, so you'll be asked to add seats during the upgrade.
- Once upgraded, your workspace will get access to advanced workflows like ECOs, Audit Logs, and compliance features immediately.
What is the difference between the main plans?
The Team Plan is for small teams needing core collaboration, version control, and File Release. The Business Plan is for growing organizations, adding essential features like ECO workflows, Audit Logs, and advanced compliance tools. The Enterprise Plan is tailored for large organizations, providing custom integrations, enhanced security, and dedicated enterprise support.
How do I start a free trial?
Sign up and choose the Team Plan. You'll be prompted to add a payment method (credit or debit card) and will receive 14-days of full Team Plan access without being charged. The trial is completely safe, you can cancel anytime, and you can remove your card whenever you decide it's not the right fit.
What payment methods are accepted?
Most major credit and debit cards are accepted. You can manage payment methods under workspace billing settings.
How do I update the billing address or tax ID?
Navigate to Workspace Settings → Billing, select Update for your billing address or Add/Update for your tax ID (VAT/GST). Changes will automatically reflect on future invoices.
Can I change my subscription plan during the billing cycle?
You can upgrade anytime as your team expands. You can change plans from Workspace Settings → Billing → Manage Plan.
- Upgrades (Team → Business) take effect immediately.
- Downgrades (Business → Team) apply at your next renewal date, so you keep Business features until the current cycle ends.
